When: Tuesday and Wednesday, September 24 and September 25

Where: Embassy Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center

Early Bird In-Person Registration Fees: $599 per Attendee

**Conference Registration fees are applied towards meeting space expenses, food & beverage etc. during the conference. Your early registration will allow us to budget and plan the conference effectively. 

Virtual Site Registration (unlimited attendees): $599 per site/control center

Virtual Conference Attendee Registration:**: $149 per attendee

***Virtual Registration fees are applied towards expenses to hold the conference on a virtual line. Attendees will have visuals of the presentation material and audio in the room. Any questions will be asked via chat and repeated at the Conference. Virtual Conference attendees will receive recordings of hte sessions post-conference.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest Airport. It is roughly 36 minutes to get to Embassy Suites Downtown Denver. You can take advantage of the Train/Uber/Lyft/Taxi.

CANCELLATIONS:

You are welcome to substitute an attendee ticket at no charge by emailing  conference@sncsw.com at your earliest knowledge to help with planning. Due to the administrative fees and planning involved, we ask for your understanding for not refunding registration amounts for no-shows.

GUESTS:

For our Tuesday evening event (TBD), we allow 1 guest with you. We will ask during the pre-registration survey for guest RSVP.
