Coordinate the development of ELORA, an industrial AI assistant chatbot supporting natural language conversations and queries with operations data for solutions for power utilities; implement whisper speech recognition to enable voice interactions and SQL query generation through NSQL to retrieve data from databases like PostgreSQL and SQL Server; build modular microservice architecture using FastAPI and Django, deployed in Docker containers and enable robust and scalable capabilities; Design responsive frontend UI with React and Next.js featuring dark mode, chat history persistence, multi-format responses including tables and images.
