Hello Everyone,

This is an update on Hotel Pricing for this year’s User Group Conference.

During our previous email, we recommended that everyone interested in attending the conference book their rooms and travel early, in part to take advantage of the discounted hotel rates.

We’re sending this email to let you know that, because of another pre-scheduled conference at the hotel, there are no more discounted rooms available for the night of September 25th – neither with the Sun-Net discounted rate, nor with the discounted government rate.

There are still plenty of rooms available for the nights of Monday, September 23rd and Tuesday, September 24th, so this will only impact those of you who hoped to stay an extra day after the conference. If you’re still interested in attending, would highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible!
