Early Bird Registration* through Jul 15^th: $449 per Attendee

Regular Registration July 16^th – Sept 20^th: $549 per Attendee

*Registration fees are applied towards meeting space expenses, food & beverage etc. during the conference. Your early registration will allow us to budget and plan the conference effectively.

Please note: A negotiated guestroom rate of $199 is valid three days pre and post conference if you want to stay at the hotel longer. 

PARKING:

Since the hotel is downtown with lack of parking, Hilton Palacio del Rio currently offers Valet Parking Only. Hotel Valet Parking is on a space available basis and at published rates, currently:

Valet parking is $49 per day. Event Parking is $30 (non-Hotel guests attending a hotel event).

Applicable tax will apply. Parking rates are subject to change. Hotel Policy is one vehicle per guest room and is based upon availability.

DIRECTIONS AND TRANSPORTATION:

San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is the closest Airport. It is roughly 18 minutes to get to Hilton Palacio Del Rio. Uber/Lyft/Taxi is recommended.

CANCELLATIONS:

You are welcome to substitute an attendee ticket at no charge by emailing conference@sncsw.com at your earliest knowledge to help with planning. Due to the administrative fees and planning involved, we will not be refunding registration amounts for no-shows.

GUESTS:

For our Tuesday evening event (TBD), we allow 1 guest with you. We will ask during the pre-registration survey for guest RSVP.
