Kevin Zenthoefer
Transmission System Operations Lead Trainer (TSO) at Centerpoint Energy (Vectren)
Kevin is the TSO Lead Trainer and has 23 Years’ experience in the utility industry at Vectren, 3 years as a Gas Control Operator controlling the gas transmission and distribution system, 18 Years as an Electric Transmission System Operator for the electrical transmission system, 2 Years as the TSO Lead Trainer for the Transmission System Operations department for System Operators. Besides being an operator, he created and was the administrator for various inhouse built MS Access Databases and Excel files used by the departments. He created and managed the EMS/SCADA computer displays. Admin to various other programs like iTOA. Drill Coordinator for MISO training drills and participate in various MISO and NATF workgroups.

Supervisor of Transmission System Control at Lincoln Electric System
Kevin Hoops is the Supervisor of Transmission System Control at Lincoln Electric System, a small public power utility in Lincoln, Nebraska. He has been working to keep the lights on for over 18 years in various roles and responsibilities including: Operating Records, Generation Operations, Energy Marketing and Transmission & Distribution System Operations. Of those 18 years, he’s spent the past 10 years in the T&D control room, and 9 years working with Sun-Net to provide Operators with one of their most critical tools on the desk.

Senior Engineer Technical Analyst at Consumers Energy
Nancy is a Senior Engineer Technical Analyst. She has worked for Consumers Energy for 34 years in various roles from Designer, Scheduler, Gas and Electric Dispatcher, System Operator and currently works in Technical Operations Support in Grid Management.
