Susan is the Manager for the System Operation Controls for NH for Eversource Energy headquartered in Manchester NH. Susan has a background in Control Room Operations going back 35 years. Prior to that she worked in the Relay Department.

Todd is the Team Leader Outage Coordination at American Transmission Company (ATC), which is headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Todd holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and has worked at ATC for 15 years in various roles in System Operations and System Planning.
