San Jose, March 7, 2016 – San Jose based Sun-Net, specializing in developing operations software tools for the utility industry, announced that it has been awarded the contract for Sun-Net’s iTOA® outage management software suite by Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC)
With headquarters in La Crosse, Wis., Dairyland provides wholesale electricity to 25 member distribution cooperatives and 17 municipal utilities. A Touchstone Energy Cooperative, Dairyland’s service area encompasses 62 counties in four states (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois). Dairyland’s generation resources include coal, natural gas, hydro, solar, wind, biomass, landfill gas and animal waste.
“iTOA® suite will provide DPC an integrated software solution for management of scheduled outages, switching order management, interruption/outage tracking, operator logging, reporting and analytics. iTOA® suite will also provide DPC direct integration to Midwest ISO (MISO) Outage Scheduling System.” said Helen Hu, President of Sun-Net Inc.
